Shipping policy

Because we are a small business, you will be responsible for shipping charges on returns. All orders are shipping via USPS and arrive within 3-5 business days. 

Waist Trainer Exchange Policy

We are more than happy to exchange within a 30 day period, however, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs back to us. 

Clothing Exchanges

At this time, we are unable to accept any exchanges on clothing items, but you can get a refund on items purchased. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you received your product for eligible return. Items returned must be in unused condition.

 

If you receive a damaged item, get with us and we will get that handled! We aim to have your return refunded as soon as it has been received, allowing you to reorder as quickly as possible. Please allow 5-7 working days from the date received. If you need a different size or color of an item, you will need to place a new order, so make sure you check out our sizing chart!
